We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Superintendent to join our team at HR770. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our 100-unit apartment building in St. Catharines, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure the building is well-maintained and running smoothly.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building and its systems to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure the building is properly maintained and any necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other members of the property management team to ensure the building is running efficiently and effectively.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance or property management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and overseeing maintenance projects.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
