Dual Property Hospitality DirectorPosition Overview
We are searching for a seasoned leader to oversee the successful management of multiple hospitality assets, including two full-service hotels, a standalone restaurant, and retail liquor stores. Reporting directly to the owners, this role demands strategic vision, financial acumen, and a passion for operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to cultivate a positive and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth and profitable operation of all hotel divisions, including Rooms and Food & Beverage, maintaining consistently high standards of quality.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to department heads, conduct onboarding programs for new team members, and facilitate regular management meetings to foster collaboration and communication.
- Financial Management: Analyze daily financial reports, collaborate on budget development, and implement strategies to maximize profitability across all properties.
- Sales & Marketing: Manage group bookings, actively promote the hotels within the community, and develop effective pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Maintenance Coordination: Oversee the maintenance of facilities and equipment, making informed decisions regarding repairs and replacements to ensure optimal functionality.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, represent the hotels at community events, and contribute to positive brand perception.
- Emergency Preparedness: Serve as the primary point of contact for all emergencies, ensuring that safety protocols are followed and implemented effectively.
We seek a highly motivated individual with proven experience in hospitality management, ideally within smaller communities. A strong understanding of financial principles, exceptional operational skills, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams are essential for success in this role.
