We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- Respond to emergency situations and incidents in a calm and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff, including patients, visitors, and employees
- Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and security-related activities
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid & CPR Level C Certificate
- Copy of Immunization Record
- Must have own vehicle
- Must be able to commit to 5 days of pre-deployment training
- Must be able to commit to 5 site training shifts at all QHC Hospitals
- Must be or be able to be clean shaven to pass N95 Mask Fit Test
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Must be able to work alone
