Cafe Landwer is seeking a skilled Cafe Manager to lead our kitchen team. As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for establishing efficient methods to meet work schedules, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve kitchen operations.
