Role Overview: Consumer Engagement Specialist

In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in our sales support team. Your attention to detail in data management will enhance our operational excellence. You will engage directly with customers and sales associates, ensuring accurate tracking of display activities and data entry in the marketplace. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required as you will be visiting various retail locations.

Work Schedule: 4 shifts of 10 hours each, Monday through Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to associates on optimizing deliverables through clear explanations of processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, consumers, and colleagues at all organizational levels.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by all team members, including maintenance and inventory of assigned equipment.
  • Collaborate with various teams to manage data and reporting effectively, ensuring long-term stability in outputs.
  • Implement quality control measures consistently.
  • Efficiently manage routing processes on a weekly basis.
  • Complete necessary documentation, ensuring displays, pricing, and promotional materials meet standards.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to maximize operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation; driving record must comply with company policy.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
