Job Title: Client Advisor

At JMA Marketing, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and identifying sales and referral opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients to deliver an outstanding service experience and identify sales and referral opportunities
  • Focus on demonstrating the value of JMA's services and driving solutions to retain business
  • Contribute to team results by listening and spotting opportunities to offer additional advice and introduce clients to JMA partners
  • Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client problems
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one JMA team

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated passion for putting customers first and success in hands-on, target-driven solutions environment
  • Drive and self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and emotional intelligence
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
  • Personal flexibility and eagerness to learn and determination to succeed
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
