We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our consulting team at Balanced+. The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate those needs into clear and actionable IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize data and process analysis to understand business requirements
  • Analyze internal data and promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
  • Provide IT support to the office of 30 computers
  • Maintain and support Microsoft Windows servers
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a business environment
  • Knowledge of business reporting
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
Technical Skills:
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012/16 platform
  • VMware and Veeam backup platform
  • Crystal Reports
  • Microsoft Access
  • AutoCAD (optional)
