We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at GNG Solutions.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and hire staff, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Administer benefits, including health and dental insurance, and other employee programs
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, including responding to questions and resolving issues
  • Assist with employee relations, including investigating complaints and providing support to employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files and benefits information
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Work Environment:

The Human Resources Coordinator will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a dynamic and supportive team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

35 hours per week.
