As a Culinary Operations Supervisor at Brigadier Equities Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing kitchen activities and ensuring that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Inventory Control: Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Training: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Resource Estimation: Assess ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to quality control standards.
- Budgeting: Prepare budget plans and cost estimates for kitchen operations.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit necessary reports related to kitchen operations.
- Order Management: Compile food order summaries for the chef.
- Tray Assembly Oversight: Supervise and verify the assembly of food trays.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for kitchen staff.
You will oversee a team of 5-10 individuals, including kitchen and food service helpers.
