About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team at Edgewood Health Network Inc. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive care to clients with mental health and addiction-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Administer medications and provide treatment management in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide ongoing health teaching and education to clients to promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Coordinate individual client appointments and referrals as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nurses with pharmacological training.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Province of Nova Scotia.
  • Recent clinical experience, including medication administration and leadership duties.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
