About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Fresh Prep Foods Inc. as a Logistics Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff in duties and policies, as well as arrange training for staff.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and analytical skills.
