Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Feeder Associate to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch drivers for city pickup and delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Prepare and analyze daily reports, including flash and CPU log data, to inform operational decisions.
  • Forecast CPU and center movements using our transportation management system, optimizing routes and reducing costs.
  • Develop and implement effective dispatching plans to meet customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations, with experience in dispatching and route optimization.
