About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Banking Professional to join our team at Banque Nationale. As a Bank Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist customers with banking applications, transactions, and other financial services.
  • Listen actively to customer needs and resolve complex situations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide expert advice and transactional solutions to individuals, helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive solutions and referrals to customers.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies.

About the Team:

Our branch is open one evening a week, offering flexible working hours and a dynamic work environment. You will report to the Customer Service Director and work closely with a team of specialists in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more. We value diversity, inclusion, and teamwork, and encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Hold a College Diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues.
  • Compassionate and empathetic, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Interest in technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
