Job Description

Qualifications Required:

We are seeking an experienced Occasional Teacher to fill a Long-Term position in our Elementary schools. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Elementary Education and be able to provide high-quality instruction to students.

Schedule:

This Long-Term Occasional position is posted and filled in accordance with the Elementary Occasional Teachers' Collective Agreement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide instruction to students in a Elementary classroom setting.
  2. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students.
  3. Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
  4. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Teaching Certificate.
