Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document IT processes, procedures, and policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze existing IT processes to identify areas for improvement, using data-driven approaches to streamline and optimize processes.
  • Manage IT process-related projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with Loblaw Technology teams, business units, and external collaborators to understand requirements and expectations, facilitating process-related training and workshops as needed.
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness, supervising and reporting on process performance, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability in Information Technology process management, with experience in Loblaw Technology process frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent project management and organizational abilities, and effective communication and organizational skills.
  • ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is an asset, as is a PMP or similar project management certification.
  • The ideal candidate will be diligent and results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently, with strong leadership and team teamwork skills.
