About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Toparo, where you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our Logistics Technology Systems.

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions using leading-edge technologies. You will work closely with our team to design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting high-quality code and resolving technical issues
  • Developing innovative, scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant software solutions
  • Contributing to software design in alignment with long-term goals
  • Generating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Advocating best practices and mentoring team members
  • Guiding technical decisions and staying updated on industry trends
  • Ensuring software quality and adherence to standards
  • Participating in project planning, progress tracking, and risk management
  • Facilitating team communication and addressing gaps
  • Engaging with clients or customers while addressing concerns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
  • 7+ years of software development or programming experience
  • Proficiency in cloud architecture and data structures
  • Extensive experience in either C#, Python, Java, C++, or other modern programming languages
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services or Amazon Web Services
  • Experience with messaging platforms such as Apache Pulsar and Apache Avro
  • Ability to analyze complex technical information
  • Comfortable designing and implementing micro-services to solve real-world problems
  • Meticulous and organized work approach
  • Logical, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and security-focused work style
