The Key Holder is accountable to the store manager. Their primary function is to deliver an outstanding customer experience consistently by ensuring clients feel at ease, understanding their preferences, and establishing trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a remarkable shopping experience that nurtures positive relationships with customers and encourages loyalty.
- Serve as a cashier while applying sales expertise to enhance the purchase of complementary items.
- Maintain all visual merchandising standards by regularly inspecting the sales floor.
- Execute store opening and closing procedures as per established guidelines.
Qualifications
Desired Profile
- A minimum of two years in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while dedicating oneself to exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Must be of legal age (at least 18 years old).
