Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Non-smoking environment.
- Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis; this is not a condition of employment.
- Room and board will be provided.
- Work will primarily take place in the employer's or client's home.
- Provide bedside and personal care to clients.
- Administer prescribed medications.
- Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene tasks.
- Encourage and assist in regular physical activities, such as walking.
- Support clients during meal times, including feeding assistance.
- Launder clothing and household linens as needed.
- Mend clothing and linens to ensure proper upkeep.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Plan and prepare therapeutic diets and nutritious meals.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Shop for food and household supplies as required.
- First Aid Certificate is mandatory.
- Health Care Aide Certificate is preferred.
This position primarily focuses on providing care for the elderly.
Security and SafetyA criminal record check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
Transportation and TravelTravel expenses will be covered by the employer.
