About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Lead to join our team at KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY ANALYTICS INC. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in graphic design and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Mentor Graphic Designers

As a Graphic Design Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of graphic designers to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of quality and productivity.

Collaborate with Clients

You will work closely with clients to determine their communications needs and develop visual solutions that meet their goals.

Coordinate Sub-Contracting

You will be responsible for coordinating sub-contracting work with external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Develop Visual Communications Strategies

You will work with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials, including print and digital media.

Choose Medium and Vehicle

You will determine the most appropriate medium and vehicle for communication, taking into account the client's goals, target audience, and budget.

Prepare Visual Elements

You will prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements, using existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides.

Work Hours and Language

This is a full-time position, requiring 32 to 40 hours of work per week. The primary language of work is English.
