Bakery Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bakery Specialist to join our team at WhiteWater Ski Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savory pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our café offerings.
• Ensure that all food products meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure smooth café operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or café environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (4x4 recommended).
