About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team at Anka Pilates and Rehabilitation Centre. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group and private Pilates sessions, creating and implementing exercise programs, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction
    • Lead group and private Pilates sessions, providing clear and concise instructions and demonstrations.
    • Create and implement exercise programs tailored to individual client needs and goals.
  • Client Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging retention and referrals.
  • Program Development
    • Design and implement new Pilates programs and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
    • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional materials.
  • Studio Management
    • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the studio, including cleaning and organization.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of client attendance, payments, and program participation.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as exercise science or physical education.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of Pilates principles and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Physical stamina to perform Pilates exercises and maintain a high level of energy throughout the workday.
