Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed production and progress reports.
  • Supervision: Manage and direct workers and oversee project execution.
  • Coordination: Organize and schedule project activities effectively.
  • Staffing: Recruit, hire, and manage personnel, including training initiatives.
  • Equipment Setup: Ensure proper setup of machinery and tools.
  • Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs and required materials.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Material Management: Order and requisition necessary materials and supplies.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
