About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Foreign Exchange Teller to join our team at Currency Mart. As a Foreign Exchange Teller, you will be responsible for exchanging foreign currency, processing money, cheques and credit/debit card payments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foreign Currency Exchange: Exchange foreign currency for customers, ensuring accurate calculations and timely transactions.
  • Payment Processing: Process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Management: Manage cash transactions, maintaining a secure and accurate environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
