Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Cleantech Service Group Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes, as well as providing technical advice and guidance to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop team members in their duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management
  • Ensure the efficient operation of equipment and processes
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to team members
  • Coordinate and review work assignments and activities
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
