Marketing Events Coordinator Intern

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Events Coordinator Intern to join our team at Corpay. As a Marketing Events Coordinator Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and post-event reporting for all corporate events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination of trade show events, including booth design, logistics, and vendor management.
- Help create engaging event experiences that drive business forward and generate leads.
- Manage event registrations, coordinate event schedules, and ensure timely delivery of event materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute on projects related to trade show events.
- Assist with post-event review and recap, including data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Desire to gain event marketing experience and learn about the payments industry.
