Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Restock condiments and supplies at dining areas.
  • Wash dishes and kitchen items by hand to ensure hygiene.
  • Package take-out orders efficiently.
  • Portion and wrap food items for service.
  • Prepare and finish simple food items as per customer requests.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet setups.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately.
  • Utilize manual and electrical appliances for food preparation.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, including work surfaces and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely.
  • Receive and organize supplies in storage areas.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste responsibly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping and mopping.
