Job Description for Car Wash Supervisor

Lave autos soleil is seeking a skilled Car Wash Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our car wash facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit and train a team of cleaning staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Supervision and Coordination: Oversee the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including payment processing and budgeting.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • Fluency in French.
  • 30 hours per week.
