Job Title: Senior Technology Analyst

BMO is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and developing technical solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop technical specifications for software applications and systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions and ensure successful deployment.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on new technology solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure BMO remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in a technology role, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to analyze and improve them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
