Job Summary

Interior Health is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Consultant to support the organization's data-driven decision-making processes.

This is a term-specific full-time position until March, with a flexible work location within BC.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely and accurate data analysis and interpretation to inform planning and decision-making.
  2. Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Work closely with data services and information management teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
  5. Provide technical advice and support to staff on data analysis and visualization tools.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary degree in a health-related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a complex computerized environment.
