Job Summary:

The Beauty Salon Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and supporting the salon team in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the reception desk, waiting area, and treatment rooms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Shampoo customers' hair, perform receptionist duties, and maintain and order supplies as needed.
  • Book appointments, manage customer schedules, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the salon team in delivering high-quality services, including assisting with tasks and providing guidance as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
