We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at LGS, an IBM Company. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving major projects that propel our clients' businesses forward and improve people's lives.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Create configurable solutions that comprise workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
- Formulate and maintain salesforce solution documentation, including process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
- Work with the design team to ensure that the most significant business operations are addressed.
- Educate and promote CRM standard procedures to guarantee that the solutions produced are highest in class for the business's overall strategy and ethos.
- Create a requirements management strategy for the project, which describes the process for elicitation, documentation standards, and formats.
- Familiarity with the backlog grooming process, attributes, review, and approval process.
- Plan and monitor scope by ensuring that needs are within the SOW's scope and communicating any variances for inclusion in the change control process.
- Assist the product owner in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process.
- Bachelor's degree in IT Business administration
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a business analyst in the fields of functional analysis and needs identification
- Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence.
- Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Configuration and/or administration of customer relationship management (CRM) tools (Sugar CRM, Zoho, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
- Knowledge of project lifecycle management tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.) is an asset
- Knowledge and/or experience of Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud is an asset
- An understanding of stakeholder's development and where it is needed is an asset
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Your results-oriented mindset and understanding of emergency and prioritization
- Your product expertise as a consultant to facilitate decision-making by communicating best practices or potential challenges
- Maintain a leadership position to continually advise on potential impact when Salesforce releases are programmed, and make decisions with the stakeholder's best interests in mind
- Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be collaborating with resources outside the province of Quebec
