- Define and prioritize customer outcomes, discover opportunities, and develop solutions to drive business growth.
- Make data-driven decisions, leveraging customer insights, usability studies, research, and market analysis to inform product development.
- Influence and manage multiple stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of key decisions and trade-offs.
- Balance customer needs against short-term and long-term benefits, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Articulate and promote the direction of our platform, envisioning features and functions to be delivered over time.
- Develop and deliver presentations and storytelling to communicate complex ideas and drive business outcomes.
- Run customer councils, providing strategic direction, speaking, and content curation to drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and go-to-market stakeholders to launch new product services and capabilities.
- 8-10 years of experience in a customer-facing role and SaaS/cloud/platform product management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Direct experience delivering 0-to-1 products, operating in a rapid experimentation mode with customers.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of tactics and frameworks that support product discovery.
- Demonstrated experience working in a matrix environment at scale.
