{"h1": "General Manager", "p": "We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Quantam Software Application Services Ltd.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our organization and making strategic decisions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
* Establish objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
* Select and develop middle managers and directors
* Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls

Requirements:

* 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
