Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Paramount 1 Interior Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced tradespersons.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or disposal.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide support to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed by supervisors.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Fluency in English is required for effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.
