Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports to management.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all computer systems and machinery.
  • Organize maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to boost productivity and quality.
  • Train employees on their responsibilities and company policies.
  • Oversee staff training programs.
  • Assign, review, and coordinate work tasks among team members.
  • Manage requisitions for materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain and organize inventory effectively.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of more than 20 individuals, including transportation route and crew schedulers.
