We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Clerk to join our team at NEO MART.
Job Summary:The Retail Sales Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and provide advice on products and services.
- Sales Transactions: Operate cash register, process payments, and maintain sales records.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including display of merchandise and inventory control.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
