We are looking for a highly capable and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment initiatives for our Services Business. The successful candidate will be tasked with crafting and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, enhancing and managing the recruitment processes from start to finish, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This position demands a profound understanding of talent market dynamics in the USA, robust leadership skills, the ability to drive team performance, and adept project management capabilities, all while taking a proactive stance in securing the best talent for Bombardier.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's business goals.
- Examine market trends and workforce analytics to forecast talent requirements and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify staffing needs and synchronize recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, offering guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team; establish and track team goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Continuously assess and enhance recruitment processes by implementing best practices and innovative recruitment technologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring, adopting a candidate-centric approach while building strong relationships with business leaders.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders (e.g., client groups, HR) to provide updates on search progress and market insights.
- Engage in networking activities with industry organizations and potential candidate sourcing contacts to strengthen recruitment relationships.
- Forge partnerships with relevant educational institutions, associations, and boards to enhance our Employment Brand and develop local talent pipelines.
Qualifications for Success:
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in human resources, including at least five years in a leadership capacity.
- An inspirational leader who is agile and action-oriented.
- A proven history of developing and influencing best practices and their implementation across various business segments.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, collaborative, and receptive to guidance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.
- Autonomous and detail-oriented, capable of managing competing priorities and thriving under pressure.
- Demonstrated project management expertise with the ability to be both strategic and tactical in executing practical recruitment programs and initiatives aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills for effective communication across all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
