As a Customer Service & Claims Specialist at our Distribution Center, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding support to our operations and retail partners. This role entails providing excellent customer service, efficiently managing claims, and ensuring adherence to established guidelines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering prompt customer service to retail locations and partners
  • Overseeing return processes and addressing product data discrepancies
  • Collaborating with suppliers for warehouse inquiries
  • Ensuring quality control and resolving logistics issues
  • Assisting with various administrative duties and generating purchase orders

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience in claims management is a significant advantage
  • Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry
