Position Overview
- A vital contributor to the educational team, tasked with overseeing facilities and apparatus, assisting educators in simulation exercises, and offering technical assistance.
- Works in partnership with educators to strategize, prepare, and implement simulation exercises.
- Instructs and guides educators on the proper utilization of simulation apparatus.
- Maintains training environments and equipment in optimal condition.
- Ensures that the simulation center is hygienic, secure, and fully functional.
- Aids in the execution of simulation events and scenarios.
- Manages maintenance, repairs, and inventory of simulation tools and materials.
- Engages in scenarios and logistical support for educational initiatives.
- Continues to enhance professional competencies through ongoing education and development.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a health-related program or a technical/IT/educational field.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or educational/simulation setting.
Essential Skills
- Understanding of simulation and technological best practices.
- Excellent organizational and technical abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, Apple iOS, and IT systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel for work-related purposes.
- Current valid COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
