Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative maintenance diagnostics to ensure gaming equipment meets industry standards.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on gaming equipment, including installation, testing, and inspection.
  • Collaborate with the Technician Manager to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior technicians as needed.
  • Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum college diploma in Electronics or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in electronics repair and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming equipment principles and operation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

The Amusement Electronics Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be required to work at the Playdium Whitby location and may be required to work outside of regular operating hours to support installations, deliveries, and repairs.
