Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to join our team. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a collection of Paid Media accounts, serving as direct support to client contacts, and communicating results to clients. You will also be responsible for creating custom strategies, executing Paid Media deliverables, and driving referrals through client relationships and professional networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts, ensuring successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Serve as direct support to client contacts, providing timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
- Develop and execute custom Paid Media strategies for clients, aligning with their business goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize Paid Media budgets across multiple channels, ensuring maximum ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are being achieved, and provide regular progress updates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance and client results.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency, with a focus on B2B SaaS/tech clients.
- Deep expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms.
- Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts, with a track record of driving results and measuring via OCT.
- Ability to translate and articulate strategy, telling stories with data and driving business growth.
- Equal parts competitive and curious, with a passion for problem-solving and staying ahead of industry trends.
