  • Education and Experience: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare.
  • Work Setting: The role will involve working in the employer's/client's home, providing a safe and healthy environment for the children.
  • Tasks:
    • Change diapers and maintain personal hygiene for infants and children.
    • Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas for feeding.
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
    • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
    • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, encouraging their growth and development.
    • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, ensuring the children's safety and well-being.
    • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
    • Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
    • Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring their transportation needs are met.
    • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing emotional support and guidance.
