About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Framer Helper at Bath & Gill Construction Company. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the framing process, erecting walls, and building roofs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Work Environment

As a Framer Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in various locations, including outdoors and at heights. You will also be exposed to dusty conditions and confined spaces.
