Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at ALPHA SECURITY SERVICES.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
- Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches.
- Develop and implement security plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Provide training and guidance to security guards on security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in security or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
