About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join our team at Rona Inc. As a key member of our Demand and Replenishment team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services across our network of corporate and affiliated stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Monitor Performance Indicators
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels, sales forecasts, and turnover rates to identify areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management
    • Collaborate with internal partners to develop strategies for managing inventory levels and optimizing stockroom operations.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose new solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Ensure excellent collaboration with business partners responsible for marketing, store operations, and affiliates.
  • Education and Influence
    • Educate and influence business partners on issues specific to stores and affiliates.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in the supply chain sector.
  • Skills
    • Analytical skills in order to formulate recommendations.
    • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency with computer tools such as MS Excel and database.
    • Good knowledge of JDA (an asset).
    • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
    • Organizational skills, thoroughness, self-direction, and attention to detail.
    • Well-developed business acumen and sense of urgency.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
