Key Responsibilities- Design and develop new UHMW-PE molded products that meet customer requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and high-quality products.
- Work closely with the quality team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in UHMW-PE technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product design and development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
