About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Team Lead to join our team at MY DREAM TRAVEL & TOURS INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and software used for data entry.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Client Support: Offer ongoing support to clients after sales, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 32 hours per week.
