Culinary Specialist

Tilly's Family Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a similar role
The successful candidate will work in a restaurant setting, contributing to a vibrant and fast-paced atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes
- Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
- Certificates, Licenses, Memberships: Not required
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Our restaurant provides assistance with foreign credential recognition and offers diversity training to foster an inclusive work environment.
- Support for Indigenous People: We are committed to offering mentorship and cultural competency training to all employees.
