Reliability Engineering Lead

Optimize Equipment Reliability and Total Cost of Ownership

We are seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineer Lead to oversee and mentor a team of engineers at our industrial sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, reliability engineering, and leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing reliability improvement plans for rotating equipment
  • Mentoring and supervising junior engineers and technicians
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce costs
  • Providing technical support and guidance to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive reliability engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in rotating equipment
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
