Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store, including restrooms and shower facilities.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces.
  • Perform general repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the store is in good working condition.
  • Ensure all trash and recyclables are collected and disposed of properly.
  • Provide excellent guest service by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and self-starting individual.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to perform basic repairs.
